Easy Hydro completes the design of a new hydropower scheme

Easy Hydro has recently delivered the outline design document for a hydropower scheme to be installed at a Water Treatment Plant in Ireland. The Easy Hydro turbine will be placed at the inlet of the treatment plant, harnessing the hydropower potential of the water coming from a nearby river which is now dissipated by a set of gate valves.

Following a site visit and subsequent technical assessments, our team designed the optimal configuration of the system (turbine, valves, automation) in order to ensure fail-safe operations and maximise the electricity generation.

We look forward to seeing the scheme up and running soon!
